Refund & Return Overview

Returns:

  • Merchandise can be returned within 7-14 days from the date you receive your online order for a full refund, exchange, or store credit only.
  • In-store returns are accepted within 30 days for exchanges or store credit only.
  • All items must be in NEW CONDITION, meaning they are unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached if applicable.
  • Returns with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or smoke odor will be refused and sent back to you with an additional shipping charge.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Certain items are exempt from returns, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
  • Additional non-returnable items include:
    • Gift cards
    • Some health and personal care products.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:

• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds:

After your return is received and inspected, you will be emailed to confirm receipt. You will also be notified of your refund approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to reflect. Finally, contact your bank, as there is often processing time involved. For reference, refunds can take up to 7-14 business days. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@micahsboutique.com.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

Micah's only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, please email us at info@micahsboutique.com and send your item to: 910 NW Blue Parkway, Ste. M, Lees Summit, MO 64086.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to them, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, please mail it to: 910 NW Blue Parkway, Ste. M, Lees Summit, MO 64086. You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returns, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total. Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
