  1. Why Was My Order Delayed Or Canceled?
  2. Every order is unique, so reasons for cancellation or delay may vary. Reasons include, but are not limited to:
    • Type/quantity of items ordered (for example, fine jewelry or limited stock)
    • The address and phone number provided does not match what your bank has on file
    • Your order is shipping to an alternate address
     If any of these apply, we may contact you for additional verification. Your order will be canceled if we’re unable to reach you.

  3. You haven’t received a cancelation email. What is my order status or Where is my order?
  4. If your order has been canceled in whole or in part, you will receive an email notifying you of the cancelation.
    • If you have not received an email, check your spam folder
    • If you still have not found an email from us, check that the email address you provided on your order is correct
    • Check your Order Status at MicahsBoutique.com to verify if any part of your order was canceled
     

  5. Your Order Was Canceled Immediately After Placing It
  6. If this happens, verify the following information:
    • Your billing and card information is correct and up to date
    • The items and/or quantities of items that you are ordering have not exceeded the limits set forth on the item page


  7. Your order was canceled the day after you placed it
  8. If this happens, it’s likely there was an issue with our inventory—when we tried to locate the item, it was no longer available.
  1. Shipping Method
  2. Micah’s uses USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

    Please note: Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by Standard Delivery only and are excluded from the expedited shipping options.

  4. Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store: If your order is placed in your local area, it will be ready for pickup the next day by 2:00pm cst. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Here’s how it works:
    • Place your order online
    • Your merchandise is selected from the store’s current inventory and prepared for pickup
    • You are contacted when the order is ready and notified if anything changes
    • You can pick up your order at no charge
     
  1. What is Micah’s Return Policy
  2. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail and in stores within 30 days of purchase for free. Exceptions are noted below. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

    Exceptions to 30day Return Policy:

    Personal Care merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.

  3. How Refunds Are Recieved
  4. You have proof of purchase: If you have your original receipt, the credit card you used to purchase, your return label or packing slip, you will get a refund in the original form of payment

    It was a gift: If you have a gift receipt, you will get a refund in the form of a store credit or exchange for in-store only.

    You don’t have proof of purchase: You may still be eligible for store credit for the item’s lowest selling price within the last 30 days and can only be used in-store at this time.

    We will credit your account(s) within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. It may take several days to post activity to your account.

  5. How Refunds Are Recieved
  6. Once your return is received in store, we will process your credit immediately. If you provide us with an email address, we will email you once your return is received and your credit is processed. Depending on your bank’s processing time, your credit may take a few days to reflect on your account.

  7. How to Make a Return/Exchange
  8. Return/Exchange to a store: Items purchased in a store must be returned to the store. Items purchased online can be returned by mail or to the store location. Bring your original receipt. If by mail you will get a full refund or exchange. No receipt? We may or may not be able to process the return.

    Return by mail: Only items purchased online can be returned by mail

    Note: Please include only the items listed on your return label in the corresponding box. If you have multiple return labels, return items in separate boxes and apply the correct return label to each box to ensure you receive your refund without further delays.
  1. Local Pickup Option
  2. Micah’s offers you the option to buy online and pick up in the store, with no shipping fee incurred. Here’s how it works:
    • Place your order to be picked up in the store online
    • The store receives your order
    • Your merchandise is selected from the store’s current inventory and prepared for pickup
    • You’re contacted when the order is ready for pickup and notified if anything changes
     
  3. Select Local Pickup at Checkout
  4. At Checkout, be sure to choose Local Pickup as the delivery option. Once this option is chosen, your shipping fee will be replaced with FREE.
    If Local Pickup is not available, the merchandise is not currently available for in-store pickup. You may choose to Ship It instead and have the merchandise delivered to you for a charge.

  5. Who Can Pickup Your Order In-store
  6. If you place an order online, you are the primary pickup person. If you believe that you may not be able to pick up the order, you can designate an alternate pickup person during Checkout in the notes area. These are the only two people who can pick up the order in store.

    Note: A valid government-issued ID is required to pick up the order.

  7. When Your Order Is Ready For Pickup
  8. Your order will be ready for pickup the next day. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

    What you need to bring to pick up your in-store order
    Either you or your alternate pickup person must bring a copy of the pickup notification email (or receipt), plus a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, passport, or Military ID).


    Where to go to pick up your in-store order
    Pickup instructions will be included in your pickup notification email.
